It's Ya Boy J-Boogie better known as Jalen Williams. I started releasing music in 2017 in Boston, MA where I was born and raised."God is on my side" was my first song ever released and I still believe that he is! I love God, I love people and enjoy making music filled with Holy Spirit energy to remind us of our Holy identity. I call it CTZNS (Citizens) Music. I grew up singing in the choir, went to a High school for the arts, started rapping in 9th grade and continued my education and artistry at a Bible College in MA. I went to write songs better & more theologically sound! I believe that music is a weapon & tool to empower & encourage people through life. I share my testimony and experiences through music because it's by that and the blood of the Lamb that we overcome. We all have a story and have been given a gift to cultivate and offer up to the Lord. I'd be foolish not to share mine with you! Be encouraged! I pray you hear and feel God through the music!
